Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, they cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded.
What’s included: A discretionary service charge of 13.5% will be applied to your final bill. Monetary gift vouchers may be used as full or partial payment of a bill.
When to visit: Vouchers cannot be redeemed during the month of December or on special dates such as Valentine’s Day.
Booking: Reservations must be made online in advance, quoting your voucher number in the Reservation Notes. Reservations cannot be made via email. Purchase of a voucher does not guarantee a reservation, and all bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations: Our standard restaurant cancellation policy applies. Guests may be charged a cancellation fee. Any unused balance on a monetary voucher remains valid until expiry.
Other details:
Vouchers cannot be used with other offers or discounts. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen.
Change cannot be given. MJMK restaurants are cashless.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery, and title passes once full payment is received. For e-vouchers, risk passes when the email is sent.
